First, ensure your Scan It Up app is updated to the latest version and notifications are enabled. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your tag ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Can I return or exchange my tag?
Yes! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied, contact support@scanitup.com with your order ID and we'll arrange a return or replacement.
